Nasha perform at the 2015 HOLI - Festival of Colours as part of the entertainment for the event. This was an unusual request for the band as being a religious occasion and at the HARE KRISHNA TEMPLE itself, the usual repertoire of Bollywood was not something the organisers wanted. They were keen for Nasha to infuse a very unique blend of Modern day Western Grooves like Hip Hop, Rap, with Funk and Rock blending in religious chants called KIRTANIYAS and Bhajans. A very experimental approach!! However, it turned out to be a success as the audience was a mixture of various ethnicities, backgrounds and age groups The crowd of around 4000 persons, absorbed this funky mix of music besides all the colours flying and floating around the large grounds. A fun occasion for the family...
