THE BARFOOT & THOMPSON STARSHIP Fundraiser organised by Priya Shankar was held at Potters Park Events Centre. as a dinner & dance.. The event was a tremendous success, raising in excess of $ 10,000. Funds raised through the event will be used to purchase important breathing and resuscitation equipment. Nasha was invited to perform as a backing band for a variety of singers and dancers. The event was staged in the spirit of a BOLLYWOOD Party and was a tremendous success with a FULL HOUSE. Nasha incorporated the INDO KIWI concept of doing Easy Listening Pop, Western and Kiwi Tunes besides the much loved BOLLYWOOD and BHANGRA hits!!

PRIYA SHANKAR: What an "OUTSTANDING" performance by NASHA...!! You had the crowd on the floor from the second number and they were not willing to leave til the end!! What a great night for the performers and those that attended.....!!

JENNY RITCHIE: The band was fantastic and could sing anything.  Loved how they went from Indian music to general pop music and they had all age groups covered.  Loved the Indian music the most but the band are multi talented and I'd recommend them to anyone.

SANDRA POTIER: The band was great, all songs from our era, great dancing music!  We were singing away for most of the night. Great food, great entertainment, great venue, great night ....
